Rudra Software Solutions ("we", "our", "us", or "the Company") is an Indian sole proprietorship enterprise registered under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Udyam Registration: UDYAM-GJ-01-0686054), having its registered office at 106, Block-H, Rudra Green, Shahwadi Road, Nr. Narol Court, Narol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat - 382405, India.

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, storage, and security of information obtained when using our official website (rudrasoftwaresolutions.in), our multi-tenant SaaS application ClassPulse, dedicated tenant apps (such as Shivam Study Center / SSC), and associated services.

2. Information We Collect

To provide high-reliability school administration, attendance tracking, and fee management services, we process the following categories of data:

• Student & Guardian Information: Student name, date of birth, grade/class, roll number, emergency contact, guardian name, phone number, and physical address.
• Academic & Attendance Records: Daily check-in timestamps, attendance status, subject examination marks, rankings, and teacher feedback.
• Fee & Transaction Records: Invoiced fee dues, payment amounts, dates of payment, transaction modes (Cash, UPI, Cheque), digital receipt numbers, and outstanding balance status. Note: We do NOT store credit/debit card numbers or bank passwords.
• Authentication & Device Data: Mobile device identifiers, operating system version, push notification tokens (for attendance/notice alerts), and session tokens stored securely via hardware-backed keystores.

3. How We Use Collected Data

We use collected data solely for legitimate educational and administrative purposes:

• Generating official digital fee receipts with instant PDF downloads.
• Sending automated WhatsApp/SMS absence alerts and homework announcements to parents.
• Compiling ranked report cards and class academic performance analytics.
• Ensuring offline-sync functionality on mobile devices without data loss.
• Enforcing enterprise multi-tenant security so data from one coaching center or school is never accessible by another.

4. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation & Security

We employ state-of-the-art cloud security practices. All communications between the mobile application, web portal, and cloud servers are encrypted using TLS 1.3 / HTTPS encryption. Multi-tenant database records are strictly partitioned via unique tenant identifiers (tenant_id) and verified with cryptographically signed tokens.

5. Third-Party Services & Subprocessors

We work with trusted enterprise cloud infrastructure providers:

• Cloudflare Inc.: Secure cloud edge computing, D1 database storage, R2 file storage, and DDoS defense.
• Expo & Google Firebase: Push notification delivery and over-the-air (OTA) application updates.
• WhatsApp Business API / Meta: Optional parent communications facilitated upon institute instruction.

6. User Rights & Data Deletion

In full accordance with Google Play Developer policies and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act:

Any parent, student, or institute administrator can request the rectification, export, or complete deletion of their account and associated data. To submit a data deletion request, visit our dedicated Account & Data Deletion Page or email contact@rudrasoftwaresolutions.in. All requested records will be permanently purged within 30 calendar days.
